Cascade Rentals Policy

Any special instructions will be located near the kitchen. If there is a problem, it is the renter’s responsibility to bring it to our attention immediately so that we may remedy the situation. The home should be left in order; however, the rental includes basic cleaning.

No smoking/No Pets

Some holidays and special events may require a longer stay and may have other restrictions and other conditions.

Quilt Week reservations requires a minimum stay of six (6) nights.

Cancellation Policy:

In event of cancellation with 21 days notice (30 days for holiday periods), a full refund, less the first night’s deposit, will be refunded. No refunds on deposits for one year in advance, but reservations may be re-booked.

For any cancellation with less than 21 days notice, (30 days for holidays) a full refund, less the first nights deposit, will be made only if the house can be rebooked for the entire reserved period.

No refund for early departure.
